We are committed to providing a safe, reliable, and hassle-free shopping experience.

  • Pre-Shipment Quality Check Before shipping, we will send you real, high-resolution photos (and videos if requested) of the actual watch you ordered for your approval. We only proceed with shipping once you confirm you are 100% satisfied with the watch.
  • Shipping & Delivery All orders are shipped worldwide via trusted express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). We take full responsibility for customs clearance. You do not need to handle any customs procedures, duties, taxes, or paperwork — we guarantee door-to-door delivery. Typical delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on your location).
  • Customs & Lost Package Guarantee We handle all customs-related matters. If your package is seized, lost, or delayed by customs for any reason, we will either:
    • Resend a brand-new replacement at no extra cost, or
    • Issue a full refund (your choice). Your peace of mind is our priority — you only need to place the order and wait for delivery.

Returns & Warranty Policy

  • 2-Year Warranty We offer a full 2-year warranty on all our watches. If you encounter any quality issues (especially movement failure), simply contact us with photos/videos showing the problem. We will send you a brand-new replacement movement (or the whole watch if necessary) free of charge. No repair fees, no shipping fees for warranty replacements.

  • Return Conditions Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

    • The watch arrives damaged or defective (different from the approved pre-shipment photos).
    • Major quality issues within the warranty period.

    For non-defective items (change of mind), returns are generally not accepted after shipping confirmation. However, please contact us — we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

  • How to Request Support Contact our customer service via email/WhatsApp/Telegram (provide your order number + photos). We respond within 24 hours and resolve issues promptly.

Important Notes

  • All transactions are final once you approve the pre-shipment photos and the package is shipped.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by providing incorrect shipping address.
